I never know what to get my dad for Father's Day, so I decided to make him a batch of baby back ribs instead of giving him something he doesn't need!  Get a load of how easy it is to make fall-off-the-bone baby-backs!

Back from NJ -- But Not Alone!!

I would like to apologize for my extended absence from posting on my blog.  I got back from NJ late last week and, evidently, I brought something back with me!

I'm currently sitting at Detroit Metro Airport awaiting my flight to Philly, which has thus far been delayed due to weather by 90 minutes already!  From Philly, we drive an hour or so to Trenton, NJ!  I can't wait to get back home already & I haven't even left yet!  See you all Thursday!
