Skillet Steak w/ Green Beans & Rice!!

I ended up with just a small steak left over from trimming the fat from the angus chuck steak that I had used for beef jerky, so I seasoned, then fried it up for a quick and easy dinner!  Check out the pics to see how it's done!

Bag your meat, then add a little lube to get things movin' nicely!

Add your favorite seasonings and squoosh it around!

I went with a combination of my own all-purpose BBQ Rub Blend (see forthcoming post!) and
some of my Fiery Diablo Seasoning to kick it up a few notches!

I like bold flavors, so I tend to be generous when spicing my food!
Add as much or as little as you'd like!

Chuck the chuck into a hot skillet...

...then fry the shit out of it!

Cook it on rocket hot until you get some color on both sides,
BUT be sure not to over-do it!

I like my steak rare to mid-rare!
This came out just the way I like it,
but feel free to burn yours if that is how you prefer it!

Add just a tiny bit of water to the pan to de-glaze it,
then set the fond aside to add to the leftover rice you are
now heating up in said skillet.

Meanwhile, the green beans throw a party downtown!
Throw the beans in a pyrex dish with a lump of butter and a little seasoning,
then punch up a few minutes on the clock and start the rave in the nukerator.

With enough practice, you'll get the timing of everything down just right...

...and you'll be stuffing your face before you know it!
