The crawfish were JUMBO this year!
These were the biggest batch of crawdads yet!
Malue has them overnighted in from the Louisiana Crawfish Co!

Into the specialized crawfish washer for a while!

We lay them out and give them one last hose-down before they go into the boiling pot!
Uncle Phil found one that was particularly grumpy!
Crawfish, andouille & cajun sausage, shrimp, mushrooms, corn on the cob, lemons, celery, garlic, and onions!
This contraption hangs on the pot and cools it down quickly so the food doesn't over-cook!
Looks like it's almost ready!
Malue says it's time to eat!
Onto the table goes the whole pile before we gather around to chow down like a pack of wolves!
Behold! Our gracious & handsome host, Mr. Steve Malue (retired), of the Parma Redmen during his unofficial induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame!
Once again, the annual Cleveland Crawfish Boil was a great success and a ton of fun!
