Blueberry Walnut Nanner Bread Croutons!!


Crunchy outside, soft & chewy on the inside!  These blueberry-walnut-nanner bread croutons are packed with protein and go great with a hot cup of coffee early in the AM!  Check out how easy they are to make!

Banana Bread hacked up into jumbo croutons, 
then air fried until toasty,
finished with a pinch of salt!
This is the *proper* way to eat nanner bread!

These beauties go so well with a hot cup of coffee,
especially on these cold winter mornings!

Once you have nanner bread this way,
you'll never want it any other way!

Believe it or not, they're both super healthy
and super easy to make!

Grab yourself a box of Wild Blueberry Protein Muffin Mix,
gather the ingredients called for on the box,
but also toss in two mashed up ripe bananas
and a ton of walnuts!

I usually use half the amount of oil and water called for on the box,
and use the whole can of blueberries undrained for more flavor!

Rough-chop most of the walnuts,
but save some whole to put on top!

Adding real bananas will keep it moist
while the walnuts add a bit of texture!

Instead of muffins, grease a pan and make a loaf!
This loaf will last over a week in the fridge!

When you're ready, slice off a hunk or two...

Then hack it up into bigass chunks!
Into the air fryer they go for only 5 min!

Look at how perfect these are!
That loaf made at least 6x this generous serving!

Hit em' with some salt!
If you wanna get real crazy,
 toss them about in a pan with some melted butter!
