Making homemade pork jerky from tenderloin is not only super-easy, it comes out incredible! Click here to read on!
Did you know that making pro-grade jerky at home is SUPER easy??
When you can make jerky this good without a hassle,
why would you ever buy it at the store?!
This beautiful pork tenderloin just needs to be sliced thin!
Et voila!
I can't wait to get my new meat slicer!
Be sure to come back soon to check it out!
Bulgogi (불고기) marinade: 8 tbsp soy sauce, 8 tbsp brown sugar
2 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp crushed hot peppers!
Like they say on the Grandpa Kitchen channel: "Mix well!"
Stoach this in the fridge overnight, yo!
Carefully lay out each piece so that they are not touching.
Into the dehydrator they go!
Lookin' good, eh?!
6hrs @ 165°!!
Awwww yeahhhhh!
Finally, done!
The whole house smells amazing!!
Cut thin enough to be somewhat translucent!
The flavor of this bulgogi pork jerky is INCREDIBLE!
If I didn't know better, I'd think it was store-bought!
If you have a dehydrator, you need to get some tenderloin
and try this as soon as possible!
Hope you enjoyed this post! Leave me a comment if you
have suggestions on how I can do this even better
or which flavor you want me to try next!
Cheers! -- Steve
