Fully-Loaded Chicken Fried Rice!!

With just a bit of prep-work, making a mountain of amazing fried rice is easy!  Use whatever you've got on-hand to both clean out the fridge and eat like a king for days! Scope out how I whipped up this batch!

Incredible fried rice doesn't just make itself!  You have to earn it!
The night before, rough chop all the veggies you have in the fridge!
In this case, celery, jalapenos, carrots, broccoli, and garlic!

When it's time to cook, get everything together,
then show the your griddle some love
by starting with a pound or two of bacon!

While the bacon bacons,
grab the essentials from the kitchen!

Marinated chicken thighs, gochujang, sriracha,  sesame oil, soy sauce, black pepper, water/oil squirters,
scrambled eggs, draft beer, non-stick spray, fresh-cooked tortillas, shredded spuds, prepped veggies.
Whaddayamean you don't have all this stuff in your fridge?!
No worries! Use whatever you have!

Once the bacon is done, start the shredded spuds and set them aside!
Get the veggies going! Cook up any raw meat off on its own!

When the veggies are done and the spuds are crispy,
heat up the day-old rice!

Break up the crispy hash brown patty before mixing everything together!
The hash brown bits add an awesome crunchiness to the fried rice!

At the very end, combine the veggies, fully-cooked meat, and rice!
Don't forget to cook up the scrambled eggs too!

Sizzle this up and hit it with gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha,
fresh ground black pepper, white pepper, and even a tiny bit of fish sauce!
How you flavor it is up to you!

I really hope you enjoyed seeing how I make fried rice!
Be sure to come back again soon for more!

Cheers!  -- Steve
