Tenderloin & Veggie Stir Fry!

When I get a hankerin' for some stir fry, I whip it up using whatever I have on-hand! Leftover pork t-loin & a ton of veggies made this an easy win!  Read on to see how I did it!

Loaded with veggies and chunks of the t-loin from the night before,
this ended up being a super healthy, yet ultra tasty, dinner!
Easy-peasy too!
You should try to make your own version and
let me know how it goes!

Let's get to cookin'!
I used what was left of the pork t-loin from the day before,
but you can use whatever meat you have leftover!
Hell, I *guess* you could skip the meat,
but I wouldn't recommend it!

You can use any meat you've got handy!
Raid the fridge for veggies too!

Don't forget the mung bean sprouts!
Y'know, the ones you've got growing!

Whaddayamean you don't grow sprouts?
It's easy once you get the hang of it!

Stay tuned for a future post on how I grow sprouts!

Onward!
Into a hot wok goes the garlic!

Chili flakes!

Get 'em in there!

Hard veggies next!

Celery, bok choy stalk, and zucchini!
You can use whatever's on-hand!
Now, stir that sh!t up!

When the hard veggies have cooked a bit,
in go the bean sprouts!

Hit it w/ some lube, a bit of soy sauce,
and a sprinkle of the seasoning
until you've got it dialed in!

Cilantro, why not?!
Skip this if you want! :)

Kapow!

Easy, right?!

I scarfed this down in a hurry!
Hope you enjoyed seeing how I stir fry!

Come back soon hungry for more!
Thanks! -- Steve
