These boneless, skinless chicken thighs with jalapeno peppers & onions was the first meal I cooked up on my brand new Camp Chef griddle!

I *love* my new Camp Chef flat iron griddle!!
The griddle and base unit are a beautiful set of hardware that requires only a little bit of setup!
Unlike the competitor, Camp Chef griddles come with grill grates below the griddle to allow it to be used as either a grill or griddle!
(I forgot to take a picture of it w/ the griddle set aside! Schwoops!)
In the pics above, I had set it up temporarily on the table while I was still assembling the base unit.
I also wanted to see how hot the table got when I used the griddle on it, as shown.
I'll be taking this camping with me, so I won't be bringing the cart, but this won't be an issue as it doesn't seem to direct a lot of heat toward whatever it is sitting on.

I cannot say enough good things about this griddle!
The size is humongous, the construction sturdy, and the materials from which it is made are high-quality!
My only regret is not having gotten one sooner!
I anticipate many years of awesome food coming from this totally bitchin' Camp Chef griddle!
