Cauliflower Stir Fry!!

WoooHooo!!  Grab your chop sticks!  Tonight we're makin' some Lo Mien!

Cauliflower!!  We need cauliflower!!

Get to whackin' it all up!

Garlic!

Pow!

Boom!

Schwing!

Ta-daaaa!!!

Ginger!  Get to raspin' that shit, yo!

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs!
I tossed these in a ziplock w/ some of the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and Thai garlic chili paste!  Let it sit over night if you have the foresight to have prepped it ahead of time!

Get to stirring and frying that chicken up!

Oh man!  I almost forgot the sugar snap peas that I had marinating in the fridge!
Grab 'em!  Gonna need them in a minute!

Damn near finished cooking!

If the chicken starts stickin' to the wok more than you'd like, give it a splash of soy sauce and a tablespoon of the chili garlic sauce!

Awwwww yeahhhh!

When the chicken is done cooking, set it aside so you can whack it up while the vegetative matter gets sizzlin'!

What are ya waitin' for?!
Toss everything in the wok while it's rocket-hot!!

Don't forget the cauliflower!

Make SURE you add a spoonful of the chili garlic paste!
This stuff adds a TON of flavor without a lot of heat!

Give it a stir, then cover it!
Let it do its thing for a minute or two to steam up those veggies!

Lookin' good, but it needs something!

Pasta!  After all, this is (my own version of) Lo Mien!

Keep stir frying this deliciousness until you can no longer resist the urge to stuff it in your face!
This dish was super easy to make and only took a little while.
The longest prep involved was hacking up all the veggies!
Don't be afraid to try to make your own stir fry!  Each time you do, it will come out better than the last!
Hit me up if you want me to give you a rough recipe of what you'd need to make this dish!
