Quick & Easy Pastaccioli!!

We all have nights when cooking is the last thing you feel like doing, right?  With a just a little effort, you can still eat like a king, but ya gotta have a few things on-hand!  Take a look at how easy this is to whip up!

I was soooo hungry when I made this that I didn't bother taking pics of the process!
Use your imagination! It's a simple recipe! :-)

This "pastaccioli", as I've dubbed it, is super-easy to make, especially if you have everything you need ready to go!

Remember the last time you made a big batch of ground beef into burger??
Grab some of the extra that you had fried up and stoached in the freezer for an occasion such as this!

Get your water boiling while you've got the 2lb bag of meat in the nuker on defrost!
Grab everything else you'll need: 1lb box of your favorite noods, 2 15.5oz cans of tomato sauce, garlic, fresh ground black pepper, parmesan, and fresh basil (if Byrnes just so happened to have hooked you up!).

I like my burger nugged up large, so I try to pick a pasta that can contend.

It's just a matter of getting the sauce warmed up while the pasta is on the boil!
Add garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan to taste!  You don't *need* a handful of fresh basil, but it certainly helps!
There is no excuse for not having on-hand the ingredients necessary to throw this together on any given evening!
Or you could nuke a Ramen! :)
