At last night's BFC Night, we got together and forced the pressurization of a keg of homebrew for Byrnes's housewarming party this coming weekend! Check out how it is done!
In order to force the pressurization of a keg, one must crank up the PSI on the CO2 regulator, goose it, then agitate the hell out of the keg to infuse the CO2, then repeat until no more CO2 will go into the keg!
After that, it's ready to drink as soon as it is cold! Cool, huh?!
