Bread, specifically little buns referred to in Deutschland as "Brötchen" (literally "little bread"), are one of my favorite things to make! I can't wait to get back into doing so & I intend to post prolifically on how I do it, but for the moment, you'll just have to salivate over a coupla pics from one of the last batches I've made!
