Sometimes life is hectic and the last damn thing you feel like doing after a long day at work is cooking.
Well, this was one of those days for me!
Fortunately, (in a prior episode) I had frozen some chicken t-loins for an easy-peasy meal option for just this type of occasion!
I fired up the grill while they were in the nuker defrosting!
When the time was right, I tossed them on!
Time to hit 'em w/ some Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki!!
I love this stuff!!! Get you some!! :)
Schlop some on w/ a mop while they're still sizzlin' on the grill, then flip & repeat!
After the tenderloins have been basted & convinced of having been well-treated, move them to a plate to rest!
Assemble the sliders w/ using the mini pretzel buns we toasted up on the grill!
A slice of cheese & some Shit Yeah! sauce (a.k.a sriracha) will put these babies over-the-top!
Don't forget to nuke some elote!
You -- "Hey! You want ShitYeah! sauce on that?!"
Me -- "Shiiiit Yeah, I do!!"
