Flip it, then use a knife to hack off the branches
right at the main trunk.
Leave the pieces large and as "together" as possible.
They will keep longer in the fridge this way!
Whack only as much as you need for one sitting.
Cauliflower (and broccoli!) isn't(aren't) very good reheated.
Into a bowl go the pieces you need.
Toss in a bit of garlic salt, a lump of not-butter, & some H2O,
then into the nuker for several minutes until it is steamed to the doneness you prefer!
Some people like theirs smothered in melted cheese!
I happen to love it without much on it!
Who needs all that damn cheese anyway? :)
