Heat-n-Eat St. Louis Style Ribs!! -- 01-25-2013

It's late, you're tired, frustrated, and starving, but the last thing you want to do is cook! No problemo! Click here to learn how to mitigate a situation like this in a hurry!

 Well, somehow I managed to freeze some of them
for an occasion when I'm too tired or not in the mood to cook!

They are fully-cooked and ready-to-eat at this point,
so why not make a lot so you can freeze some for later?!

 Here it is a few months later...
I'm tired from a long day of work and traveling to/from the airport,
and the last damn thing I want to do at 10pm on this particular Friday
is COOK!

So, from the freezer I grab a bag of my St. Louis Ribs and
toss them into the nukerator on defrost for just a minute or two.
I did this simply to expedite the process.
You can skip this step if you are willing to wait.

 Into the toaster oven on broil for 10 min...

...before giving them a flip and another 10 minutes!

 When they are sizzlin' hot, chuck them in a bowl!

 Add your favorite BBQ sauce and toss 'em around!

 I like to add a bit of Shit Yeah! (Sriracha) sauce to make 'em zingy!

It took all of my will power to slow down and take pics
before diving in and devouring every last one of these!
The meat was done perfectly and falling off the bone!
The best part about it is that this takes virtually no effort!
The second best part is that, because I cooked in bulk, 
this was dirt cheap! Easily less than $5 bucks!
