Once again, Thursday rolled around and it was time to gather the usual suspects for some suds and some grub!! This week, I decided to keep it simple and make some chicken nugs from scratch! Click here to check out how it’s done!
I started by hackin' up the chicken!
Shown here is only half of what I ended up making!
I busted a few huevos into a bowl and scrambled 'em up!
Then I dumped the chicken in to soak!
As you can see, I had lots of help!
Into the breader go the egged chicken chunks!
Traditionally, chicken should be double-breaded
by dunking in egg, coating in breading, dunking back in egg,
then coating in breading a second time...
...However, due to lack of time and help,
I decided to cheat and only do one coat!
Nugs go in...
Three minutes in the Big Fry Daddy...
...yields a pile of highly endangered chicken nuggets!!
